Spiritual Awakening Signs
I am normally very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is actually just the beginning. If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is literally an especially important to time to consciously choose what is generally already unfolding in your life.
In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are actually these:
Being literally able to clearly see what is without a doubt real
Loss of desire or need for anything external to complete you/ wholeness as you already are
A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually
Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is actually wonderful. This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. In awakening, the divine energy is actually now in motion.
All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are present. They are usually secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.
Without the above spiritual awakening signs, there is simply all kinds of reasons people can feel fatigue, energy shifts, depression, disconnected and what not. Many people are normally trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be truly very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. When it comes to the body pains and discomfort, when in doubt, check in with a doctor to ensure that your body is normally healthy.

If a spiritual awakening occurs, a person might start off to live a life different from his previous experience. Let’s have a look at why does spiritual awakening happen?
1. Facing with a sudden incident of life can be simply an important cause of spiritual awakening Human mind always remains in a dynamic state. A person who used to lead a life full of luxury can have a sudden change in consciousness to accept a life full of wisdom and simplicity. The reason behind this might probably be literally some incident which he has seen near him, or has heard of somebody. Thus, he may perhaps have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he launches to realize the deeper meaning of life. Therefore, he may get his spiritual soul awakened.
A dream is truly another reason for spiritual awakening. From that time a person might possibly have a spiritual awakening.

Suppose if a person loses someone close due to an unnatural death, he can set up to find out the reasons for the incident in new ways. The constant search for further questions can cause spiritual awakening inside that person.

What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?
If you did have an awakening, you are normally in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.
I want to be clear that just having some kind of breakdown is without a doubt NOT awakening. The changes someone makes in their external life are undoubtedly also not the point of this transformation. We’re not trying to create a more perfect or better life; those are really ego goals. We are normally learning to how to be literally free of ego.
To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is generally revealed to us what we are truly transforming into.
7 Spiritual Awakening Stages
The spiritual awakening process is usually complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be certainly fit into neat categories.
With that being truly said it is generally helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are truly at right now. The following stages are general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:
Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost
This is generally a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).
Stage 2– Shifting perspectives
You start off to perceive reality in a totally different way. In this stage, you set out seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You feel unhappy with life, disturbed by the suffering you see and hopeless to the ills of the world. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.
Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning
In this stage, you are without a doubt asking all the deep questions. You are generally in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself.
Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs
You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You may perhaps have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality.
Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again
Life is about movement. With the spiritual awakening process, there is literally always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You may well become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper. You might just have even experienced long periods of connection with the Divine, only to become separated again (this is definitely normal). Understandably, you’ll feel disturbed and deeply upset by this experience. Additionally, while you might just have experienced many mental/emotional/spiritual breakthroughs, they might feel superficial. You crave for authenticity and for deep spirituality that permeates your life and transforms every part of you. The unhappiness and stagnation you feel will motivate you to go in search for more.
Stage 6– Deeper interior work
In this stage, you are truly not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep internal work. You might become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, personal child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.
Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy
Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your inner work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. In this stage, you’ll experience the most profound and long-lasting changes deep within. Many people experience prolonged mystical experiences and periods of unity with the Divine in the integration phase. Remember that enlightenment, or full self-realization, is definitely never guaranteed: we can strive for it, but it is ultimately a gift from Life. Profound peace, love, and joy emerge and are actually felt in this stage. You might feel ready to be actually a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others. Life will become less about you and more about We. Your perspective will expand and you will start seeing things from the big picture. Above all else, you will feel connected, at peace with yourself, and deeply aligned with life.
Note: it is undoubtedly common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is literally not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C. This is without a doubt a complex and messy path, so it is without a doubt perfectly fine if it doesn’t look like what I’ve described. Your spiritual awakening process is generally unique to you. But I do hope this analysis has helped (in some way) you to ‘gain your bearings.’
What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake
The true spiritual path is really an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are definitely here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is literally often very mundane. It isn’t heavily decorated, and it isn’t complicated. It is usually simple, direct, and clear.
Whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is usually a good time to get out your ego peeler. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are actually and what life really is undoubtedly. When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were actually already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening
Awakening can feel like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations.
It is generally almost like the Divine is without a doubt showing us how inner work should go. Surrender is really another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.
With that said, surrender is simply not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is without a doubt moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you are undoubtedly going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!
10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening
1. Sudden waves of emotion.
Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is actually often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is simply not to be generally confused with the heart, which is literally located to the left of the heart chakra.
Directions on how to deal:
Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Allowing the emotions to be normally felt will keep them from being usually stored in the body.
2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.
As you grow more spiritual, you are truly more sensitive to everything around you. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.
My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was without a doubt due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.
Advise on how to deal:
Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is definitely causing your issues.
3. Amplification of the senses.
Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is undoubtedly hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).
Suggestion on how to deal:.
Surrender to it. Let it come through. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.
4. Vivid dreams.
In some cases the dreams are normally so real that you wake up confused. You may likely even have lucid dreams in which you are definitely in control. Many dreams might just be generally mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are simply not “dreaming” … that what is happening is actually somehow real.
Counsel: You will remember what is important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.
5. Events that completely alter your life:
Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes … occasionally several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are literally and what your life means to you. Forces that you can not ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.
6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.
This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.
7. A sense of something “Impending”.
There is a feeling that something is actually about to happen. This can create anxiety.
Advise: There is definitely nothing to worry about. Things are really definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you.
8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.
When you are literally around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.
Knowledge: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.
This occurs when you are certainly ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is literally adjusting to your “lighter” state.
Frequently “comfort food” feels. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment.
10. Memories Resurface.
Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are undoubtedly healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.
Consultation:. Keep in mind that it is certainly best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be generally stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
